BRUSH BOX
Acts as clean storage for wand or also useful for stowing wet sealcoat brushes and squeegees. Polyethylene construction is leak-proof and won’t rust. Cleans-out easily with drain.
WATER PUMP
Runs on 12-volt power to spray through 25’ hose with nozzle for clean-up.
STORAGE AREA WITH RAMP

UPSIZED 2” AIR DIAPHRAGM PUMP
Accommodates sealer with heavy sand loads, comes with a five-year warranty and is easy to maintain. Large surge bottle assists pulsation-free spraying. Welded plumbing manifold with thick walls resists abrasion and prevents leaks. Pre-pump filter removes damaging moisture and debris for long, reliable pump life.
PATENTED POLYPRO TANK
The same heavy-duty unit used on our top-of-the-line model with less weight than steel without the worry of rust, leaks and build-up thanks to our no-stick polyethylene material.
CUSTOM POWER UNIT
Uses reliable electric-start 13 hp Honda® gas engine to drive oversized air compressor that charges 30-gallon tank. Hydraulic pump that powers agitator is also belt driven.This oversized pump is driven at low speeds in keeping with the EQUIPT philosophy that larger components driven at slow speeds are the key to long wear life. All components are properly guarded and the entire unit mounts on rubber pads for low mechanical wear due to vibration.

HYDRAULICALLY CRIMPED FITTINGS
Are more secure and last longer than hose clamps. Bend restrictors prevent kinking and active swivels on both ends of the application hose prevent binding.

SEALCOAT FILTER
Prevents debris from entering system and clogging spray tips. Large three-gallon capacity means less time cleaning the filter and more time working. Single star bolt and yoke closure system is fast and convenient.
HOSE REEL
With swivel base holds 100’ of 3/4” application hose, rewinds smoothly, and provides clean hose storage.
PATENTED WATER TANK
Is integrated into the unit as the tank saddle and allows fast and convenient flush-out of entire system.
SURE-SEAL TANK LID
Is one of the only gasketed lids on the market. Large opening (22” x 24”) allows easy filling and integrated grate lets you slit sandbags without letting paper debris enter the emulsion.
